Need help. I get here at USA by a Fiance Visa but now I am married to a different guy. I mean not the one that Petition me to come here.

Me and my husband (He's a US Citizen) is trying to get me a Green Card so that I can stay here at USA with him. I just want to know how we are going to get me a Green Card since I have different Peitioner? How are we going to start to work for it? Thank you. Hope someone could explain and help me.

You can not file for AOS if you did not marry the person who petitioned for you. You are going to have to leave the US and return to you own country and then your husband can file a I-130 for you to get a spousal visa to come back. If you have been in the US for more than the 90 days allowed by your I-94 then you could be looking at a ban stopping you from entering the US of 3 years if it is more than 180 days or 10 years if it is more than 365 days since your I-94 expired. So you may have to deal with that as well.

Your husband will need to find a good immigration lawyer to help sort this out, but you should make plans to leave as soon as you can.
