my thoughts to you is that you should ask your husband to check your English grammar before you post a topic ... I hate to tell you this, but there's a bunch of you people who lack proficiency in the English language. It's quite shameful and that's why the gangsters and the mobs are mocking the hell out of us ...

For one if you haven't yet do a CRBA for your baby if the father is a US citizen. Since the child will then be a USC you can get a US passport for it.

Main problem is for you. If you can show reasons why you have to return to PI and won't go illegal then you can get a tourist visa.

Check out the DS 156 and DS 157 application forms online. Just google them.

Cost is $131 for you. Kid won't need any if he gets US PP.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

A report of birth abroad then needs to be done and properly adjudicated or there will not be a US passport...

As some said, you would need tourist visa if you only intend to be in the US for a short visit, but it will be harder to get since you are married to a US citizen.

Let me share the story of our youth pastor back in Tagum, Davao. He is married to an american, they have 3 kids, all american citizen, the kids and the wife (the USC) all have papers that they are permanent resident of the Philippines, they have a big house in Tagum which they personally own and not just rented, they run and manage a Christian Fellowship center in our town... and they are missionaries under an international christian mission org. They have been married a long time but Kuya Mike (the youth pastor) never wanted to apply for US citizenship nor did they thought they would ever apply for immigrants visa for him. He had a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa before but the US embassy revoked it 4years ago saying, he can't go to the US on a tourist visa anymore, he needed to apply for immigrants visa, they pleaded that it was not needed since they don't have plans to settle in the US, they tried re-applying for tourist visa but it was denied, they thought he was just trying to settle in the US and wanted the easy way to do it . So that year, ate valerie and the kids went to the US without Kuya Mike for the first time and that year they were force to start the process for Kuya Mike's immigrant visa. Last year he was granted the visa so the whole family was able to go to Indiana and then they applied for expidited naturalization for him and he was granted US citizenship May of this year. They went back to the Philippines June 2008 and immediately applied for dual citizenship for Kuya Mike. They are now back in the Philippines where their real home really is.

I am not saying you can't get tourist visa, I am just saying that even a missionary, God's worker was under suspicion of trying to go the easy route to settle in the US by merely applying for tourist visa. But well, you will never know the outcome until you try it, they might grant you one easy if this is your first time. Kuya Mike has renewed multiple entry tourist visa twice before they revoked it.

My well wishes are with you and your entire family. God bless always.
