Hello Everyone!

I was new here. And my friend told me to sign in here.

I was denied 3X for applying the b1/b2 (april 2007, may 2007 & may 2008). I have all the documents and I dont know

why they kept me denying.

Last June 2008, we decided to apply for K1. Then we got the receipt number June 27, 2008.

My question/s:

1. Will my K1 visa application will be affected due to my 3X denied for b1/b2?

2. We filed at Vermont Service Center, does anyone get their results?

3. We asked some help to one of the Senator and we are happy they are kept doing the follow-ups.

You think it will help that our k1 will be approve?

Thank You very much in advance!

First, post your timeline and you'll be able to get lots more advice.

Second, being denied for a visitor's visa should have no effect on getting the K-1. You probably need to spend extra effort to be able to prove that you are not just trying to get into the U.S., but have a serious romantic relationship.

Third, VSC is no faster than anywhere else. A phone call to USCIS could tell the petitioner something about the current status of the petition.

Fourth, no politician can interfere with the USCIS. Your Senator will be more effective with Manila in getting attention to your case, but won't help get it approved.

Good luck.

It's more common for filipinos to be denied tourist visas than getting one. Won't effect your K1 at all unless you were denied for other reasons than concern you would go TNT.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
