Oy, the wait is almost unbearable! I keep checking everyone's timelines for when they received their NOA's and mine should be coming soon. I've checked the mail already but it didn't come with it. I just want to get my receipt number so I can keep checking my status online!

Is there another number I can use to check my status?

K-1 Visa:

I-129F Sent : 2007-12-13

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-12-19

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-05-02

NVC Received : 2008-05-20

NVC Left : 2008-05-22

Packet 4 Received : 2008-07-28

Interview Date : 2008-08-26

U just have to wait until u get ur receipt number and than u can check ur status online or on the phone.

Hello, I received my NOA's today but I can't see my status online. Anyways, if you used a cheque to pay your application and it was encashed, you can see at the back of that cheque a receipt number starts "MSCxxxxxxxxxx". If still didn't show up try to change the last digit. For i.e the last 2 digits is 42 u can change the last digit to 3 or 4 or 1. The last digit that I found on her cheque was different in my NOAs. For i.e the last two digits was 27 but when i checked my NOA today the last two digit number was not the same on my wife's cheque. Instead of 27 it became 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 for each application. I don't really know how to explain this. As I said, still I can't open/view my status online.
