arrived 22 Aug 2006

I 30 filed oct 2006

hopping to update I30 aonce get citz.........wondering if there can be a problem b/c of timeliness as I was reading some AOS stuff

You've mentioned that you filed I-130 on Oct 2006....what was the status of this application? Did you get an approval for I-130? I don't really know what you're asking. Can you please explain or tell us about what exactly you're trying to convey?
