AP and Expired passport

SINCE I'M ON A K3 AND HAS A MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA,DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR AP JUST INCASE I NEED TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE USA BEFORE AOS APPROVAL?WE'RE PLANNING ON APPLYING OUR AOS NEXT YR AFTER OUR 2 YRS MARRIAGE ON FEB 19TH,2009 BUT I HAPPENED TO SEE THAT MY DAUGHTER'S PASSPORT WILL EXPIRED FEB 5TH,2009,WOULD IT BE A PROBLEM TO OUR AOS APPLICATION?PLS ADVICE..THANKYOU!

Your K3 visa is good for re-entry for the life of the visa, but your daughter will need a valid passport to travel, once you have her new passport you just need to carry her old passport with the visa in it and her new passport if you travel. You do not need to apply for AP when you file for AOS unless your K3 visa has expired.

yes you can still apply with an expired passport.

You can obtain a new passport for your daughter thru the Phils embassy in Washington.

Thankyou guys,i believe we could do the renewal at Ft Lauderdale here in Fl..couple hrs drive...
