hey guys, what if my 129f and I130 will be approved at the same time...Can I just wait for the I!30 to get done and IGNORE the I129f which is for k3...CAN I IGNORE IT???

Assuming that's the case, I don't see any reason for you not to go for the CR1 route.

My Dear Hero! Lets not assume now!!! My I129f and I130 got approved at the SAME TIME last November 26, 2008.

I really cannot believed it! :wow::lol::wow:

So I will pursue to CR-1

If you'll use the infamous James Shortcuts you'll shave lots of time off the CR-1 processing time. We did that in 2006-2007 and was able to shrink the total CR-1 processing time from I-130 submittal to visa receipt in 9 months!!

Also, my asawa's K-3 interview was scheduled a full month AFTER the CR-1 interview, so the K-3 isn't always cancelled automatically when the CR-1 arrives at the USEM first.

Good luck!!
