Hi All

We sent our I-129F off to the California Service Centre on the 14th of November. Steve got the package delivered back to him yesterday. They had collated it all and put it into a nice clip, but have asked us to send them a new I-129F form.

Unfortunately, I had listed my children in Section 5 - I didn't realise that they didn't need to go on the form if they were over 21 years of age or married!

Oh well, nevermind - hopefully this is our first RFE and also the last - it looks like they've accepted the rest of the documentation.

Steve is posting the whole thing off again on Monday, so fingers crossed for us!!

Have a good weekend everyone ...

Section 5? Of the I-129F? I'm lost. Was curious because I remember Nick listing his children but don't remember anything about don't list if certain ages. That's in Part B #17. Where is section 5?
