Hello everyone,

My fiance gave me a copy of his I-95, but there is no expiration date on it.

On the I-129F, it asks for the expiration date of the I-95. What should I do? Any advice?

THANKS SO MUCH! :D

Nov. 15, 2006 - INTERVIEW (Renier called consulate that day to check if they received checklist, consulate told him the interview was TODAY), Renier passed interview, pending results of his medical! :) :)

Our story

Renier and I met while working on a cruise ship for Holland America Line. He was a photographer and I was an assistant cruise director ("social host"). He is from Johannesburg, South Africa and I am from Los Angeles, California. We met on July 15, 2005 and worked together for four and a half months, until we both left for home in December. He came to the United States on January 14, 2006 to work on the Carnival Pride, which docks in Long Beach every Sunday. This way, we are able to see each other every single week without him having to get his B-2 visa. Renier proposed to me on March 26, 2006, and I SAID YES! So, we are in the process of applying for his K-1 Fiance visa and we are having our wedding on May 19, 2007!

Check in her/his passport. There should be a little stamp with a date and that should be the expiration date.

Good luck.
