hello,

I am confused with question 24 and the part e. do I need to fill this in with my wife's name even though she is not working and only my income is listed on the I8864 form? The example has this section filled in??

No, part 24.e refers to the people listed on 24.b. Since you're not using her info, you don't put anything there but your information which goes in 24.a.

24. My current annual household income:

a. List your income from line 23 of this form.

b. Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your householdsize, including, in certain conditions, the intending immigrant. (See step-by-stepinstructions.) Please indicate name, relationship and income.
