Hello! I am an April filer, too!

April 15 ---- received

April 21 ---- NOA1

November 6 ---case transferred to CSC

...........still waiting......

Just checked the status online and still pending. This is so unfair when June filers in VSC whose application got transfered to CSC on the same date (Nov 6) got approvals already. The USCIS website says they process applications in the order that they have received them. I won't really get so disappointed if VSC tranferred cases to CSC on an earlier date, maybe 3 months after the papers were received. But they kept on accepting cases and later realized that they can't handle all of them. Sad thing is they wasted the whole 6-7 months making people wait just for the people to realize that VSC did not even touch their application.

Dear Lianne,

Dont get upset....other approval that does not mean that, they all are spouce category..sometime they approved case of F3 or F4 category and their priority date is late .means they will have interview after 1.5 year or 2 year or may be more then that. If you are in spouce case (husband/wife) then once u get approval inteview will come in max 2 month. so keep smile.

many 2007 filler also waiting and aug-sep 2008 filler has god approved..thts actually bad but we can not doing anyhting

faith in GOD...he is great...
