Is the Cali Service Center Processing any K3 visas?

I've noticed that of the people waiting for K3 visas at the California Service Center, no one has gotten approved recently. Is there any feedback as to why?

If you track the history of K3 visas this year, it seems as if processing times were about 2 months.. Until the beginning of October and then nothing.

I think I'm just venting because I really miss my wife, but anyone who has feedback please reply!!!
