Comments : The Cleveland office called us in about 15 minutes after our scheduled meeting. We provided all the necessary info regarding proof of relationship. The questions were straight forward and exactly what we expected. She didn't tell us we were approved, but said we probably would be and took my wife's visa. We haven't been worried about the result, although we do know now that my wife is a conditional permanent resident. Hurry up greencard! This experience was a breeze, compared to some of the previous experiences that we've had with USCIS.

Comments : We had to file for lifting of conditions AFTER we applied for citizenship, due to our government mistakenly giving my wife a 10 year green card. It's completely backwards but hopefully it will all work out well in the end.
Update 8/31: just received the green card. Awaiting word regarding citizenship .

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
