xray tech transfer from philipines?

My wife has her GC and we want to know if the xray tech courses will transfer from the Philippines? I can not find that info anywhere. Do any of you know or know where I can research.

transfer where? for what purpose? University? local college?

Can she work as an xray tech in the USA? What is needed for her to do that job here? That was her job for 9 years in the Phils.

Can she work as an xray tech in the USA? What is needed for her to do that job here? That was her job for 9 years in the Phils.

Is X-ray tech a regulated or licensed profession? If not, then it is up to the employer to decide...
