the waiting game for my AOS was still on the road :innocent:

until now we haven't received the NOA 1 :unsure:

we called the bank about the cashier's check that we used for the AOS fee but still it was not encash yet :wacko:

01-04-2012 --- N400 sent

01-11-2012 --- Check Cashed

01-10-2012 --- NOA1

02-07-2012 --- Biometrics

02-14-2012 --- Yellow Letter (it says "bring any state issued ID" for interview)

02-24-2012 --- Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02-27-2012 --- Interview Letter sent out

03-02-2012 --- Interview Letter received

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!

Give it a few more days...you sent it to arrive only last Tuesday or Wednesday.

Give it a few more days...you sent it to arrive only last Tuesday or Wednesday.

yeah :innocent: maybe i am just too excited to know the status of my AOS application. i am just worried about RFE, i hope i wont experience any RFE. :hehe:

Yes, don't worry about it. You sent your package on 10/30/08 (Thursday), if you send through Priority Mail, it would probably get to the Lockbox around 11/3-11/5, then they take your applicant to the office, go through your documents, send out the NOA, then cashed your check.

Today is 11/10, and tomorrow is holiday......so give it a few more days. Don't worry!

08/31/08 USPS Express Delivery I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 to Chicago Office

09/02/08 USCIS received the package

09/04/08 USCIS sent NOA1 by mail

09/08/08 Received all (4) NOA1 for I-130, I-131, I-485 & I-765

09/12/08 Received Biometrics appointment letter

10/03/08 Appointment for Biometrics

11/04/08 Received Interview NOA by mail

11/10/08 InfoPass for AP

11/12/08 AP Approve Notice Sent , EAD Card Production Ordered

11/17/08 AP received

11/25/08 EAD received

12/11/08 Appointment for Interview - APPROVED

12/27/08 GREEN CARD received

11/16/10 USPS Express Delivery I-751 to California Service Center

11/17/10 USCIS received the package, Notice of Action dated same day
