Hey everyone...

This is probably a VERY stupid question, but right now with trying to deal with all this paperwork, it's making me nuts

Is there a time limit on submitting the AOS paperwork? Like does it have to be submitted before his K-1 Visa expires in December? Or does it not matter now that we are married and it is just whenever we have everything filled out and are ready to send it all in?

I'm currently confused because my husband had his medical done on June 30th and in reading the thread on the medical info, apparently that's when they switched to the new TB test requirements.

All the CSs I have called so far have been pretty rude to me - one told me he couldn't tell me how much it would cost to have the DS3025 transcribed unless I came in and had the doctor look at it...THEN they will tell me how much. The others all have astronomical amounts for simply writing on a sheet of paper. *sigh*

I'm really sorry if the answer is somewhere on the boards but I couldn't find it.

Ah thanks...sorry about that, I for some reason didn't even think to look in the FAQs and as far as it being posted a lot, I have a horrible time with my searches.

But thank you again for pointing me to the FAQs :)

One note about I-693, it is common for CS to try to hit you for a FULL medical.

There is one that will do it by mail for $20 or so, details pinned at the top of this forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=101202
