Even if you received an EAD (work authorization) stamp at the port of entry, you STILL need to file the

I-765 for the actual EAD card, as the stamp is only good for the first 90 days!! BE SURE TO USE CODE ©(9)

FOR A 1-YEAR EAD CARD (when filing concurrently with I-485)!!!

This is in the guide fro K1 AOS...where does it ask for code ©(9)????

Another question ...we are about to go get the shots at the civil surgeon around here. I saw on IMM2US a recommended CS in Texas will fill out the form by just faxing it to them and paying a small fee. Maybe I just dont understand, but how is that possible?

Please help me, I feel lost with this AOS. Now that we have the visa, I was wishfully thinking the hard part was over!! LOL

On question #16

Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 ( C ) (9) ( )

That's where you put the C and 9

About the shots. Many people have already completed all their shots and have a copy of the immunization record they got at the medical in their home country. They send/fax that to Dr. Arnold in Austin and she fills out the new medical form I-693 that goes in with AOS with the information on your shots. You will see mentioned that she transcribes (copies from your records) the immunizations onto the AOS medical form.
