I need some help with the affidavit of support reguarding dependants ... my fiance's daughter has turned 18 this year she hasnt been in school at all this year and she has a job .. my fiance might be just shy of the 125% of the poverty line for 3 people .. last year she was shy by less than 500 .. what is considered a dependant and would her daughters income be considered at all ??? does anyone know or who would i contact for some info on that .. would i ontact the embassy because they will be the ones looking at that form ? plus if we need some cash in the bank to offset the difference who's bank mine or hers?
