...is it just sitting in a pile, waiting in line to go to your district office? Is it being used as a coffee coaster? I guess I ask because I have become addicted to checking online and that is all it says. Yup, this process is really like watching paint dry...

Prepare to wait some time, since you are adjusting from a visa OTHER than a K-Visa you will be interviewed for AOS.

Boston is processing I-485 applications filed last January. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/officeProc...electedOffice=8

Hopefully you will get EAD within 90 days of filing.

I feel your pain! We only had one touch the entire time, and even if I look online now, GC in hand, it still doesn't say everything's approved. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to see updates. I also signed up for emails, but never received one (though I did get the password change ones, so they weren't just being filtered or something). However, just because you don't have updates, it doesn't mean nothing is happening. I gave up checking the website after a while, as it just stressed me out too much!

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
