We know that we are to check "Naturalization", not "born in US" and not "parents" either. But about the question that comes after (right under the choice "Parents") "Have you obtained a certificate of certificate in your name?" we are not sure.... So, we'd like to ask you: for someone who got his/her citizenship through natiralization, the answer to this question should be "YES" or "NO"? Thanks.

The answer should be "yes" and then you give your Naturalization Certificat number. If lost or unknown, so state.

That was fast!!! We thought so too, but someone asked the same question before, and someone gave the "NO" as the answer. That's why we want to make sure before we mail out the package tomorrow.

Answers must always be truthful. Why would you consider answering no when you know the truthful answer is yes?
