Guys,

I'm submitting my wife's G-325A Everything is complete though there is not enough space to include all her employment positions in the past 5 years. Does anyone know if we can add a extra sheet of paper to include all her employment positions? I really appreciate your reply. Cheers

Of course but do it in quadruplicate, just like the G325a itself.

Thanks for the reply.. Is there anything in particular that I need to state on the extra sheet of paper? Or should I use a blank G325A and attach it to the completed form?

I'd use a blank sheet of paper titled adendum to G325a for "name" and indicate it's to provide additional employment information.

Attach a blank piece of paper. Make sure you label it as an addendum to G325a Employment History. Make sure you make 4 copies.
