Hi to all you smart people....we just received the interview instructions in my email today for my fiance and I have one question at this point. I prepared the I-134 Affidavit of Support form in August right before I left to visit him here in Argentina, in hopes that he'd have his interview while I was here. So the notarization on the form is dated August 26 or 27. It's looking like we'll have a date for the interview by mid-November if we can get the forms mailed out quickly...so my question is, do you think the Affidavit of Support that I prepared is sufficient, or would 2 1/2 months make it outdated? Should I prepare a 'fresh' one? (please say no...I think I'd have to get it notarized at the embassy and I don't want the hassle of another appointment...of course, we'll do what we have to do) Any thoughts?

The form can't really "expire". It's just a good idea to submit one as up to date as practical.
