Hi,

I've googled quite a bit but I couldn't seem to find the answer to my questions. But while googling, I've stumbled on this site which provide me with alot of info and I hope you all will forgive me on this "noob" question.

I'm wondering if my fiance can travel into US under travel visa while we're filing for K-1?

I'm also curious if my situation adds any kind of complication to applying for K1. My fiancee lives in UK for the past 8 years, and since we're deciding to get married, she's going to Hong Kong for a few months to stay with her parents, not planning to go back to UK. So should we have the forms sent to Hong Kong embassy and will it create more confusion?

Thanks in advance for your help.
