INFOPASS and concern about VSC comment on my file

Okay, I went for INFOPASS today since I just wanted to know how my case is doing...I was a transfer from TSC in mid December joint filing and then divorce-waiver on July this year.

Seems that they are using my original filing date to check out, because what the officer told me is that apparently they are in my case right now...but she found a comment (I got a LUD of 10/21/2008) on my file that states that my biometrics aren't found...she was obviusly frustrated when she said that, because she said, it's ridiculous since she CAN see that in the system pretty clearly, that she doesn't know how they could overlook that (it was very funny to see her face). She sent an email to them and I anyway, even she said is not necessary since is in the system, will send today a copy of my extension letter and my ASC appointment that I took on Aug 2.

This is very vexing...she did not found that they sent me a RFE or something like that and I haven't get anything...this is so stupid and probably I have nothing to worry but we all now that for stupid errors like this people get denied and it's not even that they did not received my biometrics, they did, is in the system just the retard who look at my case how could NOT look at it!?

The officer told me that calm down and that her email should work, that my address and name are correct with my current application (I changed my name back to my maiden name and I moved due to divorce). So at least if they sent me something it should go to my current address and that I should know something in the next couple of week. She asked me for my passport and check if I needed a stamp, she found that I have one and she said that is good until Jan 31 (I asked in Feb for a stamp) and in any case if I don't get any info, I should make another INFOPASS and see what's going on and get a new stamp.

In general it was very nice experience and at least she took the time to understand how annoying the entire thing is when it should not be that caotic.

The only thing I can think of is to send today as soon as possible a note about that I did took the biometrics...even I don't know if it's going to be too late for something...AGGGG this year it has been an agony...I don't know if it's to demostrate how strong I can be...but I am getting on my limits with sooo many things!
