I am just curious, when some VJ'ers said that there cases had been touched. How would you know that your case had been touch? Is there any indication in Case Status Service Online that your case has been touched? What exactly "touched" means? I just want to be aware so that whenever I check our case status I would know if it is touch or not. Thanks!

Go to the Uscis.gov and on the right hand side on the top YOU will see *MY CASE IS PENDING*...click that

in the area that says

Case Services While Your Case Is Pending With USCIS you will then click Processing Times and Case Status

Once there you will need to sign up and read the instructions CAREFULLY for the name and password (it drove me INSANE LOL)

You will need to put your case number that you receive on the NOA1 Then once you are signed up you can go back and check

IF the date is DIFFERENT then the date of your NOA1 approval THEN you have been touched!

(remember though you probably will not get a touch for 3 to 5 months so BE patient:)

GOOD LUCK!!!
