Unfortunatly Russ and I are getting divorced.

I am not going to go into the details of why or when or how, I just need advice of what I need to do...

I have my 2 year green card which is due to be renewd May 2009. Do I need to let USCIS know that I intend to live back in UK?

Also what happens if in 10 years time I decide I want to visit USA again, am I eligible to enter on Visa waver programme, even though I had a Green card at one point?

Thanks for all your advise

Kat

You can surrender your green card and abandon your LPR status. After doing so, there's no restriction on you future use of the VWP.
