Can I submit I-485(AOS), I-765(EAD), I-131(AP) with NOA1 only? or need to wait for NOA2??

I am not sure if I need to wait for the notice of approval(NOA2) of I-130 to submit I-485, I-765, and I-131. Can I submit those forms with only the I-130 Notice of receipt (NOA1)??

Yes you can use NOA1 for I-130 if your spouse is USC. I`m doing the same thing on monday.

only $1010. It includes fees for I-765 and I-131 when filed concrrently with I-485 (not I-130).

Hi, can either of you confirm that NOA1 worked for your AOS? We never received an NOA2, the only thing we have is an NOA1 (that looks a lot like the picture above) and a very plain-looking approval notice with a upc...a case number..her and my info..but it wasn't fancy like above, with all the webs in the corners, etc; just basiaclly a white piece of paper. We don't even know what that is...i can post a pic if that would help.

You do not need to wait for the I-130 to be approved. You just need to include with the AOS pack a copy of the reciept for the I-130.

You were meant to file the AOS along with the I-130 but as you did not you just need to include evidence (the receipt) that you have filed for the I-130.

You have only delayed your case by a few weeks by not filing it all together.

The fee for the AOS packet is $1010.00 no fee for AP & EAD

NOA1 or NOA2 both work for AOS. You can include both if you like so USCIS rep will choose the one he likes
