Just a question about income requirements. I should have already exceeded the income requirement for the year how ever during the year because my work is somewhat seasonal i did spend about 3 months on unemployment which is a benefit afforded me thru the union i exceed the income without showing unemployment, should i still include the unemployment income? Or will that hurt me

how exactly will they know it is "unemployed" income if it comes to you through the union...

That's why it's so important to have copies of W2s and corresponding tax returns. That way you can show what you earned for the entire year, whether it was for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months.
