We got our NOA2 5 weeks ago. Everyone else from London who got their NOA2 similar time to us has already had their paperwork from the Embassy. My fiance in USA called NVC and CSC yesterday but no-one can tell us where our petition is. Arrrrrrrggh! NVC has not seen it yet. CSC says it was approved and was being sent on Sept 15th (NOA2 - we already know this), so where is it?? They told us to wait 90 days. This is ridiculous - 90 days to send our already approved paperwork to NVC when everyone else's already went weeks ago? Why is ours held up? Any advice? Please? I'm going crazy here...

Unfortunately all you can do for now is keep calling the NVC until it gets there. I've seen some people wait 7 weeks, even 12 weeks before it was received. If it's been that long then you need to raise some hell with them.

we called csc because we still havent recieved our hardcopy of our noa2 and on line our case still says pending. even though nvc sent us a letter that they had it and now embassy have sent paper work because they have it. the woman on the phone, not only asked us where we got info from, but also that as far as she could see we weren't but conceded that it can happen sometimes. then she told us that we had to wait a number of days* to se if it turned up in the post. *from noa2 date. that means that from the 13th of this month when we called we had another two weeks wait because we were approved on the 23rd september. not really common sence because its obvious that mail within the same state doesnt take that long to get from a to b. but i think they must be reading from a set manual, and are not actually able to see anythin we cant, judging by our call.

is info pass the same as the call center? would requesting information on your files where abouts using another method than the call center is the way to go?
