"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.

You need to beware of Fast Food places like Mc Donald / Jollibee etc.

The food is poor quaility, and processed and full of High Fructose Corn Syrup.

It's the reason(In my opinion) so many people in USA are fat.

When I was in PI most of the people I saw was skinny, But I did notice when I looked at the people who were at ChowKings / Jollibees, there seem to be alot more fat people eating there.

I eat out occasionally...my top three are KFC, i love their hot and crispy chicken. I like spicy foods but i also have a savory tooth so i also visit, Luk Foo, i love their hot pot menu and their chinese dishes like the King Dao Spare Ribs, Spring Roll, Fish & Chix Fillet and their Yang Chao Fried Rice served with chili paste and their fantastic vinegar sauce...yummy....then Chilli's, i like their Burger with an oversize patty...the burger was so big...i had to eat it in two meals...half for dinner the other half for breakfast...talk about quality, generous serving and good ambiance...i miss Chili's :(

Yeah fastfood is bad, the reason why the people in the philippines some of them does not gain weight because of the humidity that makes people sweat a lot, the lifestyle people walks all the time, not many has vehicles, most of them ride jeepneys, trysikel, and bus then walk to the point of destination.. Unlike in the US that everytime you have to go somewhere even just several blocks away, they have to drive the car and weather plays a big important role as well.. People does not sweat that much like the people in our country unless they went to gym or did the exercise.

I am saying this prior to my experience when I brought my husband in the Philippines and Singapore for almost a month, he lost 16 pounds, because he was sweating at all times and we did walk a lot.

Lifestyle has a lot to do with weight..

I completely agree..fastfoods are nice but not all the time.....aside from exercise portioning your food will greatly help. For example, take a plate and divide it in half, the one half should be filled in with vegetables, then portion the other half with 1/4 rice, potato or sweet corn and then 1/4 white meat like chicken or fish...eating wisely will help you maintin your weight and your cholesterol...i am reminded of Hipocrates, the father of medicine, he said "let your food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food." Overeating is glutonny...couch potatoes get fat quickly so, move around to lossen the fat... :)
