She may not need to take any at all. If she has her vaccination record from the phillipines, she can just take it to a civil surgeon to have them transcribed in to I-693A. If she is missing any then she can just get them.

My husband didn't take any vaccines for his interview, but he did bring his vaccination card to the US (the one he's had since he was a child) and he had them all...we only paid 20 dollars to have form I-693A completed.

Best of luck.

Just a slight correction... the form I-693A is no longer used. As of May 1, 2008, the new form is I-693.

the original poster stated his wife declined the vaccines in manila, so she has none on her record. She cant take that to the civil surgeon until she actually has vaccines.

We did not even send in a I-693, my wife was pregnant, and she got her Green-card.

We just sent in a copy of medical she got SLEC.

Not recommending it, but I wasn't going to let them inject that ####### into the bloodstream of my unborn!

Has anyone been RFE’d for missing it?

Yes, if your wife is preg, the civil surgeon will note on the form that she's preg and hence skipping the vaccinations. It won't be an issue.
