Hey...

I got my NOA2 for the I130 on 9/12/08 and the NVC sent me the AOS bill on 9/24. I paid the AOS bill online on Sept 30 and it showed paid on Oct 1. On Oct 4 the DS3032 and the Coverletter with barcode and the I864 and supporting documents we overnighted to the NVC.

I am just hoping that the coverletter after the $70 fee shows PAID is for what I sent in. (The I864 and supporting documents.) I was wondering if anyone knows why it says that there is such a long delay from NOA2 to interview on the IR1? Is that if people don't take care of parts of it online? Or is the processing long like it was at the Service Center?

I was just surprised to see that it showed over 200 days from NOA2 to Interview and was wondering if someone could help me understand why and also tell me if I used the Coverletter correctly.

10/16/2008 : I-864EZ Package reached NVC

10/16/2008 : E-mail for Choice of Agent accepted. (12 days)

10/16/2008 : IV Fee bill ($400) submitted online

10/17/2008 : IV Fee bill accepted

11/13/2008 : DS-230 Package mailed to NVC (Had to wait for PCC)

11/18/2008 : DS-230 Package reached NVC

11/21/2008 : Case Complete (53 days | 7 Weeks) at NVC
