How to cancel approved K-1?

1.) She is from Mindanao, and yes, I have been to Davao and the rural parts of the Isaland. And I have been to most major parts of Phil.

2.) What geographic location a person is from I think tells little about an individuals worth. Good women and men I have met in every part of the Philippines, and likewise in USA, and Europe.

3.) WHy meet a girl from Phil? Well, everyone has reasons. Some of mine: I travel on business, I prefer to travel to warm climates. after all if I married a Russian, I would have to go to Ice tundra every year or so to visit the family, and I'd rather visit relatives on the beach on the beach...

4.) Phil girl are attractive, that is important to men. Of course I have met attractive ladies in all parts of the world but phil has an edge on other countries, even though this is a matter of opinion. If you are going to spend the rest of your life with someone, being attractive is a really cool bonus.

Once you meet and if you like her go get a CENOMAR as mentioned above, Which is a great suggestion.

Actually since you brag more people in Mindanao, I would say Luzon has also more great educated people..

The bottom line is No matter where she came from, you need to know her inside and out.. Not only by physical appearance.

Be mindful that I was talking in general... It does not matter where you came from.. what it matters is what you feel inside and know the person really well.. There is no assurance of 100% that people living in one specific place are great.. Knowing a person is a must before entering the most important part of life.. and that is getting married..

I am not from Manila, but I just want to say something that, people in Manila are came from different places who are looking for opportunities that can change their life.. People came from either Visaya or Mindanao or even some part of Luzon and trying their luck but unfortunately ended up doing something that is really against their will.. And this results to having Manila a bad impression.

Davao and Manila are somehow the same, in sense of nightclubs, and other party night out stuff, but if you are talking about sceneries, yes Davao has some terrific island where the tourist go to.. It is the same in Manila which is the center of Luzon, if you drive somewhere or ride a boat somewhere in Luzon, you will find puerto galera, tagaytay, baguio etc..and other terrific island that never been exposed to foreigners..

You can not judge a place by its cover, but instead discover it, live there, and make a judgment..

People are different in many ways, no matter what nationality we came from. We are raised with different upbringings in life.. For those people who are searching for lifetime happiness, just open your eyes wide, your heart, as well as your mind to be able to think the right thing in finding a good partner..

Physical attribute is good when you are young, but beauty insde never fade out.

Get a lady from Luzon. Saves a LOT of hassle and money having to fly them and house them in Manila for the interview and medical!!~

Easier and cheaper for the guy also.

OK, my fiance turned out to be married at the time I filed and the 129F was approved. I filed in March, she then got an annulment in July (backdated to June). She withheld this info until after we got the 129f approval this month. Of course, I must refile since she withheld this info since at the time of filing she was married and not eligible to be petittioned. Of course, the question of will I refile under these circumstances in a personal issue for me...

But either way, I need to cancel the k-1 now that they have sent the noa-2.

How do I go about doing this?? HOW DO I CANCEL THE K-1 After the 129f approval?

BTW This is the second time I have had this heppen, once in 2004 and now again. May have to forget love, but just in case I don't, since I now have two k-1's filed, have I reached my lifetime limit?

Been to phil 5 times this year to see her. Its been a loooooog trip back from Manila today..... wonderful place, and so perhap one day I can meet a wonderful person, but I am afraid I am k-1 maxed out even though I have never married or brought anyone over..... If I choose to can I refile for her now that we have honesty (sort of) on the table, or is that high risk since she clearly lied in the original application. A much more likely scenario, lets say I meet someone new in life, can I still do a k-1?

Okay, I will be serious this time. If you haven'r read my previous post... here is my case.

After my annulment of marriage was granted, my fiancee filed for a K1 petition for me. After getting an approval, I prepared for my interview so I got a CENOMAR from NSO. In my CENOMAR, it says there that I got married to two men. Yes, I know the person but I am very sure that I did not get married to him. Ofcourse, there was an argument between my fiancee and me but that's a long story. The annulment that I got was the second marriage. So ofcourse, the first marriage was the valid one. We were thinking of cancelling the approved petition but I was thinking that if I can prove my innocence, then it would mean its as if it never existed. Believe me it wasn't easy. I had to ask help from NBI and private investigator. These were my evidences... Certification from the owner of the alleged place where we got married that there was no wedding that time. Certification that my signature was fake and the hallelujiah of all- the "reverend" who solemnized the marriage is in National Bilibid Prison (Muntinlupa). Apparently, this is his "modus operandi' and I wasn't the only victim.

After three months, it was declared "null and void ab initio" meaning it never existed.

During my interview, I was grilled but mostly about other issues. Ofcourse, they asked me about this fake marriage. Well, towards the end of my interview they told me that, technically I am not eligible for the visa because I was married when it was apporved. But since it is null and void ab inito, it means it never existed. So they said, they will just verify my annulment papers or my documents and if they are all true, I will be getting my visa in three weeks. Ive been waiting for a month and 5 days now. COULD IT BE THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR MINDS????????

Oh no! Moral of the story... its a 50-50 chance. Its a case to case basis. But the fact is, I am not yet at the end of torture.

The most interesting part of course is that if the PI hadn't been granted independence from the U.S. in the first place, they wouldn't need visas to come here, and gasp, may not even feel the need to come here. Ain't irony a ######?

best to cancel your existing K1 and refile once you get confirmation of the cancellation. also, you might need a heart to heart talk with the fiance. an annullment is not something that you just find out like you just found out her favorite shoes or something. it's a big deal (for a lot of people). good luck anyhow! life is short...so do what makes you happy.
