hi ...im just gathering all the documents that are needed to submit the 129f..i have some question coz i just wondering what will i do about the question...i try to look out the same inquiry as me but it seems im the only person to have a question like this.

#10 My citizenship was acquired through (check one)

Birth in the U.S.---YES I WAS BORN IN U.S.

or

Naturalization

Give number of certificate, date and place it was issued

IF I WAS BORN IN U.S. DO I NEED TO FILL UP THIS.

HOW ABOUT THIS QUESTION?----COZ I WAS BORN IN U.S , I WAS CONFUSED PLEASE HELP

If Born in the USA you wont have a NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE #, "None" is the answer for Cert #.

Attach a copy of birth cert or complete copy of passport to prove citizenship.

look at the sample application that was filled out in the downloads section That helped me a lot. =)
