im just worreid now cuz my wifes father is really sick and she wants to see him soon and she knows either choice might have severe consequences, A. she goes back to Vn with no AP then ill have to refile to get her back over here which could add years apart for us B. she stays here and if her father doesnt do well(im really hoping he will be ok!) i scared she will hold some type of grudge toward me, kinda like i made her stay here. even though if she has to go back with out the AP to see her father its ok with me.

Seems typical for USCIS. Curious though - your signature shows RFE for EAD (sent to wrong address..?) have you moved?

p.s.

no we didnt moved, i think when they sent the notice for the EAD it was during the hurricane and the post office must have sent it back to them. im not sure why they would do that. but i know they have my address cuz they also sent me a RFE for the AOS AFTER the notice for the EAD. i called them to verify my address and resent the notice for the EAD. i just tried to guess at the numbers but when i use 3 higher its not valid but when i go 1 higher its for a 131 which i filed and it seems to be the correct date but im not 100% sure if its mine or not. ya i think i will do the info pass thing, btw anyone got alink to the info pass?
