Hey everyone i apologise in advance for not replying straight away about ready to leave for work.

Alongside my visa application i am having to go through court to remove a child from jurisdiction, i am getting a little nervous bout the court process.

I would love to hear from anyone else who is also going through or has been through this, just a little worried bout what to expect. My ex husband gave his permission several times in writing and then went to court and had me issued with a prohibited steps order, preventing my son from leaving the country.

Any help advice would be great.

Thankyou for your reply on a previous post Julez.

You would need that court order reversed. See an attorney.
