They want them all.

You will have to provide copies of the divorce certificates from any and all previous marriages.

If you don't have enough space, simply write "See Attached" in the space and provide an attached piece of paper with the information on it.

Make sure you write what question and form that the attached paper is referring to at the top of the sheet.

Best of luck.

What if there are more than 2? the 129 and 325 both only have space availibe for 2. does it matter? what if the other one is from very long ago? Do they only want the most recent 2?

Just curious how to fill out the form in this case.

Attach an additional sheet of paper with the information for all previous marriages. On the form put "See Attachment"

If you're female, along with all the previous divorce decrees, and if you had name changes from previous marriages, you'll also have to provide marriage certificates from previous marriages. You can send copies in of all the above, however you'll need certified copies for the interview.

You know, that's funny Carla. I never once showed my marriage certificate from my previous marriage and I did change my name, they never asked for it either. It's a wise thing to send in though and bring to the interview.

In Vancouver they ask for it, it's on the forms. I remember that Montreal doesn't ask for it. I don't know if the OP's Consulate or Embassy will not though...always better to have it eh?
