I just noticed that the A# written on my husband's passport at the time of entry is different than the A# issued on his Permanent Resident Card.

Facts: My husband entered on a K-1 Fiance visa. The Permanent Resident Card was issued when we completed the AOS 2 years ago.

Which A# do we use for his I-751 form?

I noticed shortly before my AOS interview that the immigration officer at the POE had written a wrong A number on my I-94, too. It was corrected during the AOS interview, my GreenCard had the same A# as the one my visa stamp.

Ever since I use the A# off my Green Card whenever needed.

Conditional Permanent Resident since September 20, 2006

Conditions removed February 23, 2009
