Mailing AOS after 10 months

Well after being laid off (3 months after my wife arrived) and then fired from my next job (after 3 months) for not meeting my monthly quota, we are finally ready to start the AOS process. I've read as long as we were married within 90 days it shouldn't be a problem filing 10 months later. Sure hope what I've read is correct :blink:

10-22-07 Early medical

AOS

9-22-08 Mailed

9-30-08 NOA hard copy received

10-6-08 Biometrics appointment notice received

10-14-08 Transfered to CSC

Hi, I don't have anything to offer except to say that after my own daughter :D , that is just about the cutest little girl ever!!!

N-400 Journey

June 9th 2012 - Application sent

June 14th 2012 - NOA sent

June 28th - Biometrics letter sent -- July 26th Appointment date

July 12th 2012 - Early Biometrics/Walk-in

August ( ) - Interview letter received -- September 14th Interview date

September 14th 2012 - Interview! Oath date in hand, September 20th @ noon!

Stretch it out long enuf and your wife will end up with a 10 year GC instead of the 2 year.

Will save you the $545 I-751 filing fee plus the hassle of filing and maybe an interview.

Wish I would've known that before I mailed it in this morning, I was worried about her being out of status with an expired I-94
