Just a quick question......Does my fiance need to send 2 I-134 affidavit form to fill out separately for his 2 jobs? He has a full time permanent job and a part time job.Anyone has an idea? Thanks

My Fiance has income from 4 different places. We are adding them all up, putting them on the one form. As well as sending the tax return with packet 3, we are also including the W-2's to back it all up. Also....they have been asking for 3 years tax returns at interview.

THANKS peeepss..... I will be handing over packet 3 on the day of my interview as per the US embassy intstructions here in kuwait. I got the I-134 from my fiance but just wanted to make sure and cross check if I have every documents ready before "the"day. hehehe.
