Fraudulant cases

Im Bala, Vicki's fiance. Here is my point. People come to know each other in short time, sooner they plan to get married. And they get their visa. Well, Immigration gives 90 days time to get married then 2 yrs of living together, that is the testing period of their relationship. That is perfectly ok. Then they should approve whoever apply for k-1 visa. But they dont. They do security checks. I can accept that. What is Administrative Processing? Even after 6 months we havent asked for security checks. Then for 6 months what is going on? At interview i have given all the evidence. I have asked them by email many times whether do i have to send any more papers for support, they said nothing needed. They are processing the case. What is it? We have a strong foundation for our relationship to prove it is honest, any one can see it. That is why Vicki got so upset with these fraudulant cases. When some people get k-1 visa so easily with out any foundation (i mean knowing each other for short period of time) and divorcing faster than their relationship before marriage is all making us crazy.

The AP limbo is what all K1 fears.

Vicky, the reason some couples go through that apparently has nothing to do with how fast they met and got engaged, but if their names got a hit during security checks. If your name is too common and had a hit, they take the background checks to a further level and take a long time to do so, which is bad indeed.

We are not under security checks........we have been in AP for over 6 months and to date there has not been one security check ordered on us per the DOS.
