If I am filing for AOS for my wife (we got K1 marriage visa in April and I94 has expired already).

I assume that I use the 864EZ? I dont understand Part5. I am sponsoring 1 immigrant (part 3 line 10),

and I am marking 1 for my spouse. But this gives 3. So I guess I am supposed to put

0 for my spouse. Apparently this is a generic form for any person and not just for sponsoring

a spouse.

What are you trying to accomplish with the form (for AOS?) ? I'm not sure you're on the right direction here.

We are applying for work authorization and green card--hence AOS.

Then you should be on the I-864 (Example Form available above). The "EZ" version has another purpose.

Yes, use the I-864 form for the AOS. Good luck, let us know how it goes, there are a couple of us that just filed the AOS or are about to from the Peru portal. Good luck.
