in my case, since my daughter is just 3 years old and doesnt know how to write her name yet, I just wrote her name in the signature area and signed beside it and put the word "mother" in an open and close parenthesis and i dont have problems with it.

My 2 kids are 9 and 11 but they gt their passports 3yrs ago,but before we started the paper works i had them signed it.ADuring Medical, they let them write their names when had to do the signature thing. But no questions about their signatures during the Interview. It shouldn't be a problem.Your kid is only 6 so you could sign it and do the same like NicksNBrian

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT IS NOT RUDE, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUST, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERSE. LOVE NEVER FAILS.
