02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

It has been a long journey for us since we filed the I-129F petition.

We've met September of 2007 online.

We were touched September 11

We were approved September 12 - NOA2

Jeff is coming back to me see 3rd week of September

Sara's birthday is on September 24 (Jeff's only child)

And we figured out, Skipper's birthday is also September (Jeff's cute dog)

:D:D:D

It is indeed a very special month for us.

Such a wonderful blessings from our good Lord.

Is it obvious that I am a little speechless LOL!!!

Thanks to VJ for walking along with us in this journey.

Now, as we turn the page of our book to the next chapter,

we are looking forward to earn more friends from VJ,

and learn whatever it takes to get it done.

And may our good Lord guide us all through, until the end.

To everyone waiting for approval, hang in there,

as there is time for all of us!

We just got approved today 12th of September hahahaha

And we will start planning our wedding once we have the interview date...

About the dancing yes you have all of them LOL but it's ok LOL

01/13/08 we first met personally at NAIA airport

01/25/08 he flew back to FL.

04/10/08 papers sent to VSC

04/15/08 papers received to VSC

04/21/08 check cashed/ noticed receipt issued (noa1)

04/24/08 touched

04/25/08 noa1 hard copy received

05/21/08 touched

07/28/08 touched ( i was so excited if we will get approve )

07/29/08 touched ( but it was an rfe lol )

07/29/08 rfe sent from uscis and fiance received it through fax. actually he called that time to follow up our case and the woman said that we have our rfe so my fiance asked to send it through fax right away.

07/29/08 request documents needed sent to uscis

07/30/08 touched

07/31/08 Rfe's document was delivered at 12:50 PM. The item was signed for by P NOVAK.

08/01/08 touched=case resumed on process

08/03/08 touched ( not excited )

08/05/08 touched ( wonder why touched again lol )

08/06/08 touched again lol ( hummm they are working our case :) )

08/13/08 NOA2 ( WERE APPROVED) :) THANK YOU LORD!

09/15-16/08 medical I hope everything will be fine

10/24/08 interview sched. wish me luck! God help me :)

10/29/08 visa received!

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!
