help what does this mean.document other than card or travel document mailed to applicant???????????anyone know.never recieved anything in mail...HELP

hmmm are you sure you have the right WAC number entered at the uscis site? If you are then they probably screwed up the update (not a shock in CA actually).

Is the rest of the message saying that they tried to mail something to you but it was returned by the post office, you have 180 days or they will throw everything out, etc.? If that IS the case, try to figure out what it is--looking at your timeline, it might be an RFE or your NOA2! Call the 1-800 number on the email--they can tell you (hopefully) what it is.

THIS HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE AR-11 FOR MY CHANGE OFF ADDRESS.BEFORE I FILED I WAS CANADIAN CITIZEN.I GOT NATURALIZED AND FILED K1 VISA.THEY SENT ME AR-11 WHICH I AM NOT REQUIRED TO FILE ANYLONGER.THE COMPUTER GENERATED THIS UPDATE ON 9-11-08 AS A TOUCH,THEN WE WERE TOUCHED AGAIN TODAY 9-12-08.SO HOPEFULLY VERY SOON OUR PRAYERS WILL BE ANSWERED.
