Ok my IV Fee Bill got processed today and is PAID, but I'm not confused as to what goes where. Can someone help me out? I have followed James' Shortcut to create all the documents needed so I don't have to wait for the NVC to send me them but I'm not 100% certain what goes where?

AOS Fee Bill PAID

I-864

My wife (sponsor) has filled out the I-864

Printed out the AOS Fee Bill Coversheet

Printed out the I-864 Coversheet

Printed out the I-864 Cover Letter

Made Photocopies of her past 3 years tax returns and W2s

Got a work letter

Gathered and made copies of her last 6 months pay stubs

IV Fee Bill PAID

DS-230

I (beneficiary) have completed my DS-230 and signed the 2nd page only

Printed out the IV Fee Bill Coversheet

Printed out the DS-230 Coversheet

Sent a copy of the NVC Coverletter for my wife to sign and add to the DS-230 pages

Photocopied the Biopic page of my Passport

Have two 2x2 Passport Photos taken

Have a certified police report background check

Included my official birth certificate (long form)

Included our original marriage license

So I sent everything under the DS-230 to my wife, but I need to let her know what goes where or if it all goes together to the same place in the same envelope. Can someone provide feedback on what stuff needs to go where? Thanks, home stretch now, I can't wait to be with my wife permanently again!!!!

Address and the attentions they go to are on each of the barcode sheets

Thanks, I feel very silly now.

So IV Fee Bill Cover is what accompanies my DS-230 and the AOS Fee Bill Coverletter is what accompanies the I-864? If so I'm all set. Thanks.

Yeah, you got it. I made an actual cover sheet that said everything that was in each packet too just to sorta explain everything I sent, but I'm sure they know what they're expecting lol

make sure your wife includes copies of 1099s (ie. taxable interest, etc..)if any with the copies of the w2s...

the beneficiary is the one that completes and signs the DS230, not the USC...signing only part 1 (page 2) do NOT sign part 2 (page 4) that has to be signed in the presence of a consulate officer...also, when you say marriage LICENSE, do you mean marriage CERTIFICATE ?? They want the certificate, not the license...good luck

Oh yeah, my bad, I meant MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE not LICENSE. I'll be sure to let my wife know to copy any 1099s as well. And yes I signed the DS-230 and sent it to her, I read the instructions carefully and signed only page 2 not page 4.

So I asked my friends that have gone through this process but they went and got K-1 Visas not CR-1s, so they said they sent in the I-864 with whatever other forms they were required to send back. Is this the same for CR-1s. I just need a confirmation that yes, I can send the I-864 with the DS-230 in the same envelope to the NVC since both coversheets say to sent it to the same NVC Attention CRM. Thanks again, everyone for helping me through this process and I hope this thread helps answers questions for other newbies like me ;)
