ON I864, 24E WHOSE NAME GOES THERE?

If you don't have co-sponsor then you need I-864A so on 24E, it's your wife's name needed.

TheD, why are you not using I-864EZ????

It's much easier to

understand

My I130 was approved on Sept 12. I paid my AOS bill online on Sept 30 and the IV bill on Oct 8. We are waiting on my husband making copies of his stuff and getting it in the mail with the cover letter. I just wanted to join in with the rest of you that were approved in Sept.

It's almost the same I-864 but easier to understand and can use if you are using ur income, your wife in the only person to come to US and your a citizen. If you have Co-Sponsor then you cannot use this form. I used it though. USPS your package tomorrow.

If you allready have ur case #, then either ur spouse can e-mail DS-3032 (Review Jame's shortcut) or ask ur spouse to print DS3032 form online and ask her to sign and fax or scan to u. Then u can generate barcode and paste it to signed ds3032 form. Complete choice of agent information and send it to NVC.

That take cares choice of agent. For 864, u have to get Invoice ID Number. It is hard to get from NVC operator. If u lucky, u might get it from them. If u don't get it from there, do not worry. Just wait until u receive package in mail from NVC.

Enjoy proceesing speed @ NVC. Best of Luck.

I emailed the COA that I received to my husband. He filled it out and sent it back in his own envelope to the address they gave him.

The small envelope I received for Saint Louis was for payment of the AOS fee. But I paid online. So I didnt need to use it. I used the big envelope with ATTN :CMR to mail my cover sheet that I received online after paying the AOS fee bill along with other supporting documents for the I-864.

And again, I was mailed the COA form before my husband received it in the mail. I emailed it to him, and he filled it out and sent it in his own envelope because he did not receive his in the mail yet. So to move the process along( Instead of waiting for his to arrive in the post), he took mine that I scanned and emailed to him, filled it out and sent it to the address on the COA form, which his was National VIsa Center ATTN ACL , 32 Rochester Ave. Portsmouth , NH 03801.
