Hey everyone!!! Smiles. I'm new to this. And it all seems so confusing. You know how it goes!!! With all these forms....numbers....and then you have the very thought of "Is it gonna even work". So it's kinda like you feel like giving up before you even get started. Errrrrr! Anyone ever felt this way? I'm very much sure. Here's my situation. As I'm sure everyone else has said.....I met my precious honey over the internet, who is in the Phillipines. Now I'm sure she's legit or I wouldn't be on here!!! I'm planning on visiting her for the first time on her birthday in January 2009. I do plan on marrying her btw, cause she is the most wonderful girl I've ever come across. I, on the other hand, am in the USA. Now I understand that the most important thing to do right now is to meet up with her. But is there anything I can accomplish before I go there? Is there a simplified list of things to do(in details) that I can review, so I can work on her being here with me? I promise that if you help me.....I will use what you helped me with, to help others in my situation. Thank you everyone. Cause I really can't wait to be with her. God bless you all!!!!

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.

Welcome to VJ! It does seem overwhelming at first. Read the Guides and FAQ's at the top of this webpage. That will outline everything you need to know. We've all felt this way before, it's a wonderful feeling to be in love!

The most simplified thing you can do is read the Guides!

But FIRST, you HAVE to have met in person!

Until you meet her in January 2009, you can't file a petition. You can look at what evidence you'll need to send in your petition and plan accordingly. So, in the interim, read the guides and you'll be prepared after having met her, to start the process.

For now the important thing would be meet and continue relationship best you can and SEE if this is still the person you want to marry, being in person does not compare with computer, then go from there, when you go keep all your evidences of meeting, make pictures with family etc... when u do go take some of the forms that she needs to sign and fill out then you can bring back with you and be ready to file
