Hey everybody!!!!!!

I have a misunderstanding here:

Step-by-Step Guide on How to File for Adjustment of Status for K1 and K3 Visa Holders says:

"If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.) "

Last friday i finally had my interview (they said i will get my passport and visa back in 5 days  ), BUT they took from me all the medical forms(exept the X-ray). is that right? am i going to get the medical papers back, or what should i do????

Thanks for your help

If for AOS application and medical was done within a year it is still good and dont need to be redone. NO, you wont get the medical papers back, you will just need to do any completion of vaccines once you're in US or if you already completed everything just submit the copy of DS-3025 vaccination worksheet that they gave you in your medical. COngrats to your approval

When you get your passport back, you're going to get a brown envelope with it, that will say DO NOT OPEN. So, DON'T open it! That will have other papers in it, including your medical, that you'll have to give the POE when you arrive in the USA.

Hopefully they won't lose your medical after you enter the US. In the meantime, if you can, go back to the Dr. where you got your medical, and see if they'll give you a copy of the list of vaccines you got, or have had. You can then just send that in with your AOS once you're in the USA.

Maybe you already have a booklet or something that says what vaccinations you already have? If so, keep that, and you can show that to a Dr. in the USA, when you want to transfer that information over.
