Sorry for the delayed post..hehehe just arrived around 5 pm :star:

 My son's CRBA got approved today!

Thanks to all sis's that helped me ...

We arrived at the USembassy around 830 am with my aunt who's carrying my baby..I told the guard that we have an appointment at ACS..he said who's the mother? only the mother could go, I said it's hard for me to go alone because baby might "poop" or have tantrums during our interview..so he let us in with that reasons..hahahaha

ACS is the last room on the left side..just follow the green arrow

So off we sit and wait for my son's name..exactly 9 am his name was called to window G...as i walk to that window the prescreener was busy taking out the documents from the folder (hmn...it's because i put the documents in a clear book type folder, maybe it's better to put the documents in a sliding folder instead so it won't be difficult for them to take out the documents ..hehehehe). I greeted her "Good Morning", she just said ok..and not even dare smile a little..maybe she's just busy pulling out the documents..hahaha..she gave me the other folder and asked to take it all out from the clear folder...i helped her do it. Then, she asked me to fill-out another CRBA application form as it should be me who will sign it (or any parent who's present during the interview). (so u don't need to sign the CRBA form, wait until the day of the interview). I made a mistake filling it out so i asked for another form..hehehe and was really polite...still she's a snob.

Here are the questions she asked me:

1. When did you met? Where?

2. When did he visited? For how long?

3. Do you have any bf besides him?

4. When was the last you have a bf before him? is he filipino or foreigner?

5. What's ur job?

6. Is he single?

7. Is your son both ur first child?

8. When did he petitioned you?

Asked for my ID..i brought my passport ..she took and included it with the other documents.

After that, she gave me a yellow paper with the amount to pay and instructions..pay $150 at C1 counter, drop the yellow paper with receipt at window E, and wait for the name to be called.

My son's name was called around 11 am at Window C for CO interview. was starving..but it's ok.

I said goodmorning, he smiled and said, is that little Mr. Joseph? while smiling..and said to my aunt "Ok, you may have your sit" i just need to see him.

He gave me back the proofs/documents that I've submitted including my passport...and asked me to raise my right hand to have an oath.

He asked me:

1. When did u met?

2. When did he visited? For how long?

3. What's my job?

4. What's his job?

After that, he told me things on how my fiance could transmit citizenship to my son:

1. If the father is a USC. Which he is because he's born in the US.

2. At least 5 years of residency..he told me if i have other proofs that he's in the US for 5 years..i said his passport and birth certificate..well "it's just proves that he's there on that day those 2 days only..we need 5..(at this moment i'm getting a little nervous..i really thought that we're going to be denied). then he said we could check his passport history..he was born 1973 and got his first passport 1997 so that means he hasn't been out of the US for more than 5 years..hmn..so that's qualify him. ( ) - i think school records, employment, and other documents that could prove that he's in the US is worth it...but i only have his bc and passport hehehe.

3. The proof that our relationship is genuine and if he's really the father..i said i have my ultrasounds, pictures, emails..etc..but he said yah i know that he's your son.but how could we prove that it's his??? ( oops..getting nervous again) hmn..although the relationship is still young your son has a resemblance of his father..and you're working as a graphic artist which is a decent job..you're not working in a club(i don't know why he said this..maybe he's checking my morality..stil i don't agree with that kind of thinking) ..i'm happy with your answers..so let me just approve this and just wait for your son's CRBA and passport in 2-3 weeks..i hope your visa won't expire soon..i said it's until oct. 23..i happily thanked him.

hehehe..that's quite a long story..after that interview we went to rob for a nice lunch!

Goodluck to all..now i just have to do my CFO..maybe i'll attend this friday.
